Stellar Shoot

Yesterday I had the privilege of taking part in an interview and photoshoot for a ten page spread on Irish fashion bloggers in the upcoming December issue of STELLAR Magazine.

I was accompanied on the shoot by fellow bloggers Arsheen of Fashion Filosofy, Catherine of OffShoot, Laura of Whisty Blogs Dublin Fashion, Blanaid of Blanaid, Laura of The Stylebitches, Jessica of Get Your Frocks Off and Leonn of Cosmo-Sparkle.

Whilst the former five bloggers and myself are old pros, Jessica and Leonn are new to the blogging game and the article is going to showcase the growing trend of fashion blogging in Ireland.


It was an absolutely fantastic day, styled by Corina Gaffey of STELLAR and photographed by the infamous Lili Forberg.

Pictured above is my friend and American Apparel colleague Leonn of Cosmo-Sparkle, the blog I told her she should start, in order to showcase her fabulous fashion sense and sparkling writing style.

I wore the Christopher Kane for Topshop Embellished Body, an American Apparel Bandeau Pencil Dress as a mini-skirt, the American Apparel High Waist Zipper Leggings and flat lace up ankle boots.

I looked a bit gothic all in black, but brightened it up with fuchsia pink lipstick and took the edge off with messy tousled hair.

So excited to see the final result!

If Only Every Day Could Be This Way

I never post videos on Ophelia Ford because I usually couldn't be bothered looking at clips on other people's blogs.

But then my best friend Emma Fraser showed me this and I just had to share.

Possibly one of my favorite things in the whole entire world. Take a peek.

I don't know what it is, it just makes me so happy and excited and ready to take on the world, with a spring in my step.

The California Select AW09 Lookbook, excerpts of which are pictured above, is absolutely fantastic and one of the many signs that American Apparel is moving in a much more refined and elegant direction.
